Refund and Exchange Policy

By purchasing any digital product from us, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Refunds
  • You cannot refund a product after purchase from the date of purchase unless the product was not delivered electronically.
  • Once the file or license key is emailed to you or made available for download, no refunds are available. Digital products (PDF files, templates, license codes, etc.) are considered “used” after delivery.
  • When a refund is accepted, it will be returned to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  1. Defective or Corrupted Files
  • If you received a corrupted or incorrect file, contact us within 48 hours at admin@dianaa.store and we will replace it free of charge.
  1. Subscription Codes or Licenses
  • Codes for third-party services (such as streaming apps) are non-refundable after activation. Please check platform and region compatibility before purchasing.
  • If the code cannot be activated due to an error on our part, we will either replace it or refund the purchase price, as you wish.
  1. Force Majeure
  • Refunds are not accepted in the event of delays resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our control, unless the product is not delivered within 24 hours.
