All items are delivered electronically as PDFs, ZIP files, or license keys. No physical shipment is provided. Delivery is deemed complete once the file or key is made available for download or sent to the email address you provided.
Delivery Time
While we strive to deliver within minutes of payment confirmation, we do not guarantee a specific delivery time. If you have not received your files or keys within 24 hours, please contact admin@dianaa.store
Refund & Replacement Policy
• Eligibility: You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if the digital product has not been downloaded or activated.
• Non-eligible items: License codes, subscription keys, or any file that has been downloaded cannot be refunded once delivered.
• Procedure: Email admin@dianaa.store with your order number. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Prices and offers may change at any time without prior notice. Your order total is locked in at checkout.
